Information:The Interior Soccer Organization (OFI) is a sporting civil society that governs soccer throughout Uruguay, except for the department of Montevideo. It was founded on July 14, 1946 and is headquartered in the city of Montevideo. The organization defines its soccer as amateur. It is made up of the soccer leagues in the interior of Uruguay affiliated to the Uruguayan Soccer Association, but which do not compete in it. It currently has 145,000 federated soccer players.
