- Information:La Luz Fútbol Club is a Uruguayan football club from the city of Montevideo, born in the Aires Puros neighborhood. It was founded on April 19, 1929. La Luz once obtained the Extra Divisional A (1933), once the Intermediate Divisional (1962), four times the Second Amateur Division (1976, 1992, 2001 and 2003) and after an agonizing final obtained in the year 2021 promotion to the Second Professional Division, immediately achieving promotion to the First Division in the following season (2022).
