Islamic Foundation is set to launch its own Halal testing laboratory, first of its kind in the country, to certify food, consumer goods and other products as Halal.
The move for setting up a specialised lab to check the Halal and non-Halal ingredients in products was taken to promote export of Halal goods from the country.
